This indemnification obligation survives termination of use of the Platform.

10) Limitation of Liability

The name “North GA Driveways,” “North GA Driveways Directory,” and any similar naming variations are not registered trademarks and are not represented as registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any state trademark registry.

Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as asserting exclusive trademark rights, service mark rights, or ownership rights over the words “North,” “Georgia,” “GA,” “Driveways,” or "Directory" or any combination thereof beyond their use as a product name for this Platform.
